FAQ

How do I open a case?

Top up your balance, pick a case on the main page and press Open. The skin you win goes straight to your inventory in your profile, where you can sell it or withdraw it to Steam.

How do I top up my balance?

Open the Top up page, choose an amount and a payment method — SBP or crypto (USDT). If you have a promo code for a deposit bonus, enter it in the same form before you pay.

How do I get a skin into Steam?

Add your Steam trade URL in your profile, then press Withdraw on the skin in your inventory. We send you a trade offer — accept it in Steam and the skin is yours.

Can I sell a skin instead of withdrawing it?

Yes. Press Sell on the skin in your inventory and its value lands on your balance right away. Straight after opening a case you can also sell the whole win with one button.

What is Upgrade?

Upgrade trades a skin from your inventory, or an amount from your balance, for a more expensive skin. The exact chance of success is shown before you start and depends on the price gap between what you stake and what you aim for.

Where do I enter a promo code?

The Bonuses page has a Secret code field for standalone codes, and the Top up form has its own field for deposit codes. A code can add money to your balance, give you a free case opening, or add a percentage to your next deposit.

How does the referral programme work?

The Referrals page shows your personal promo code and your affiliate link, the tier ladder — Silver, Gold and Platinum — with the deposit volume each tier needs, and a table of everyone who joined through you. You can change your promo code there at any time.

What is the bonus for the site name in my Steam nickname?

Add NinjaCase.org to your Steam nickname. The Bonuses page shows what that would pay out — a daily amount, a larger bonus after ten days and a percentage on every top-up — under the stated conditions: Steam level 5 and a top-up of at least 0.8 $ in the last seven days.
